Rank Holidays is planning to increase the promotion of its Oasis and Warner brands through high-street retailers.
The operator is adapting marketing methods used to promote sister brands Butlins and Haven, which includes more point-of-sale promotions through Lunn Poly, Going Places, regional independents and consortia.
Divisional sales director for Rank Holidays Nick Burrows said: “We are making sure our brands are suitably exposed through the retail platform.
“We also have a deal with Thomas Cook – we are mailing retired Midland Bank employees who get Thomas Cook literature – and we are advertising Oasis and Warner through Thomson’s shareholder publication Thomson Founders Club.
“It’s all about getting our product distributed strongly.”
