Ryanair is embarking on a European recruitment drive to fill ‘hundreds’ of cabin crew roles.
Specialist Irish aviation recruitment firm Crewlink is running four UK recruitment days in September as the budget airline seeks new staff as part of ongoing expansion plans.
Successful candidates will work at various airports across Europe, including the UK.
No previous cabin crew experience is required but applicants must be over 18 years of age.
“Experience dealing with the public and ability to provide excellent customer service is a priority,” Crewlink said, adding that it is looking for candidates who are “hard-working, flexible, outgoing and have a lively personality”.
The recruitment days are on September 16 in Bristol, September 18 in Manchester and September 24 in Glasgow and London.
Crewlink head of recruitment, Niall Gleeson, said: “We have recruited many candidates from the UK. We had a fantastic response in 2014 and we were extremely satisfied with the very high calibre candidates we met.
“We are now returning to fill hundreds of positions; this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing industry. We look forward to visiting the UK again.”
Ryanair recently announced firm orders for a further 283 new Boeing 737 aircraft, as well as options for 100 more new generation 737 MAX 200s, as the airline seeks to expand carryings from 100 million this year to 160 million in 2024.
The airline currently employs more than 9,500 staff with a fleet of over 300 aircraft.
