Tipto has named its nominated charity for the upcoming year as Rueben’s Retreat.
Founded in memory of Rueben Graham who passed away aged 23 months, the charity’s goal is to provide a retreat in the northwest of the English countryside that will support families and friends who have suffered bereavement of a child or have a child suffering from a life-limiting or life-threatening illness.
Nicola Graham, founder of Reuben’s Retreat says: “We are absolutely thrilled to be the chosen charity for Tipto. Our travel industry friends have always been incredibly supportive of us.
“Awareness is key, and by sharing our cause at the Tipto events around the UK, this will give us a fantastic reach and hopefully raise some much needed funds to help us continue our work.”

It was great to visit Nicola and her team at the Retreat to see first-hand the work that’s already been achieved by the charity and to hear about the plans she has to provide much needed counselling and support for bereaved families; as well as a tranquil place for children with life limiting illnesses to spend quality time with their loved ones.
