IN Newsrail Express number 132 we were told that with effect from May 30 Virgin trains was simplifying the range of Virgin Value fares.
These deals – Virgin Value seven, three and one – vary according to the number of days before travel.
Today the National Fares manual has come and VV is the code for the seven days, V2 for the three days and V3 for the one day. Where’s the logic?Is V7, V3 and V1 too simple?Anne Ward
