London-based long-haul specialist A & M Travel has ceased trading.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) listed the failure on its website on Monday, December 21, stating that it was “working to collate information”.
The authority said it would publish a claim form for Atol-protected consumers on its website “shortly”. No details of A & M Travel’s Atol cover were available on Thursday morning.
Edmonton-based A & M Travel’s website, amholidays.co.uk, describes the firm as specialising in flights and tailor made holidays to Mauritius, Africa, the USA and the Caribbean.
It is also described as being fully bonded with Atol, Abta and Iata.
The company was established in 1993.
