Southall Travel Group plans to move its headquarters into a £17 million office in London’s Mayfair.
The six-storey building in Dover Street has been acquired after a three-year search. The company’s management team is due to move from Iver in Buckinghamshire in the third quarter of the year.
The move is part of a long-term expansion strategy and will provide suitable meeting facilities for the firm’s corporate business partners and suppliers.
The new office location is a prestigious acquisition to provide a long-term headquarters for the privately-owned travel company.
Southall Travel Group managing director, Kuljinder Bahia, said: “I’m extremely pleased that a suitable office has been acquired for our growing team.
“The location in Dover Street, Mayfair, is convenient for our corporate customers, our key supplier meetings and will provide a suitable address for our headquarters for years to come.”
