Could you be Bourne Leisure’s Agent Champion Chef?

 Top

ChefsFor six fabulous years, Bourne Leisure and Travel Weekly have teamed up to find the best chefs in the travel trade and show off their culinary expertise at a range of spectacular industry events.

This year, the competition is being taken to another level as we look for a 2016 candidate to take on three previous winners for the title of Agent Champion Chef.

The final of our epic cook-off will take place at Warner Leisure Hotels’ stunning Bodelwyddan Castle, North Wales on Wednesday, June 1. The winner will then have their dish served at the Travel Brit Awards at the same venue on July 10 and will receive a culinary experience for two at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School. The runners up will also receive some fabulous prizes!

In order to win the coveted title, our 2016 candidate will be battling against our agent winners from the past three years: Fiona Rafferty, Matthew Griffiths and Rachel Holland-Pemble.

All four finalists will receive an overnight stay with a partner or friend before the cook-off at Bodelwyddan Castle. The live final takes place on June 1, and agents will need to be able to prepare, cook and finish their dish within a 90-minute period. All ingredients will be provided.
