Former MSC Cruises director of sales Stephen Moffett has been appointed sales manager UK and Ireland for wholesaler HotelsPro.
HotelsPro is a part of the MetGlobal Group of Companies.
In his new role, based in London, Moffett will be responsible for growing and developing a “competent sales force” in the UK and Ireland, a sales and marketing strategy and “more innovative and customised solutions for clients”.
Stephen will report to Robert Turner, head of London operations.
HotelsPro opened its offices in London and Shanghai in May this year in a bid to provide customised support to its existing clients in the regions, as well as expanding its client base.
“It is a great opportunity for HotelsPro to become a major player in this area. I am really looking forward to growing the business and establishing HotelsPro as one of the leaders in this dynamic sector,” said Moffett.
Since leaving MSC in May 2014, Moffett has also worked as a regional product director for Tourico Holidays and as a consultant for an OTA.
