YouTravel’s chief sales officer Paul Riches is leaving the firm after just nine months.
He joined the bedbank in November 2015, having joined from Lowcost Beds where he was global sales director.
When he originally joined YouTravel last year he was UK and Ireland managing director before taking on the sales role.
Speaking about his departure he said: “We have managed to grow the overall business both in profit and turnover for 2015/16 despite probably the most challenging trading conditions we have seen in the sector for some time.
“I have been discussing the best direction for the business for some time and felt that it is in the best interests for me to step down at this time.”
YouTravel’s MD Roula Jouny added: “We would like to thank Paul for all his hard work and efforts in helping to grow the youtravel.com business and now wish him every success for the future.”
