Royal Caribbean International has promoted Adam Sharp to head of cruise specialists for the UK and Ireland and recruited Tui agent Joanna Guest as a regional sales manager.
Sharp moves after five years as head of port operations and guest port services for the EMEA region and previously worked for rival Carnival Corporation.
Guest was a cruise specialist at one of Tui’s top stores in Bristol and become regional sales manager for the south west of England.
Both start the roles at the end of September.
Current south west regional sales manager, Hayley Thompson, is relocating to cover London and the south east.

UK and Ireland sales director, Ben Bouldin, said: “Both Adam and Joanna have a huge amount of expertise within the industry and are excellent additions to the UK and Ireland sales team, which continues to go from strength-to-strength.
“We are committed to providing the best support and value add to our agency partners and with Adam as the final addition to my senior leadership team, combined with Joanna’s deep knowledge of the south west region, I’m confident that we have the right team in place to keep delivering exactly what they need.”
