FRED van Eijk has rejoined Airtours five years after leaving the operator to work for Forte.
Van Eijk has been appointed chief operating officer for the West European Leisure Group division of Airtours.
He will be based in Ostend from next month and will concentrate on growth in France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
His previous appointment with the operator was as senior product and contract manager.
His most recent post was as consultant to Egypt specialist Goldenjoy Holidays after being made redundant as Flying Colours managing director last July (Travel Weekly April 26).
