Short winter breaks to Norway, Sweden, the French Pyrenees and Sierra Nevada in Spain have been introduced by short breaks operator Ski Weekends.
The number of resorts featured has been doubled from 28 last winter to almost 60.
New departures from East Midlands increase the number of airports featured for winter 2016-17 to 17.
Data released by the company shows that 51% of customers take weekend breaks, 41% travel mid-week and 7% take up to seven days, with week-day departures to avoid busy weekend travel days.
The company now features 17 five-star properties as part of the expanded portfolio which covers 27 resorts in France, 17 in Austria, seven in Switzerland, two in Italy and Norway and one in both Spain and Sweden.
Managing director Dan Fox said: “The focus of Ski Weekends is to enable holidays of three or four nights to locations within easy reach of an airport, whilst offering flights from regional airports across the UK so that the journey is quick and easy. This ensures that customers can spend the maximum amount of time on the slopes.”
