Reader Offers unveils ROL Cruise rebrand

Independent cruise agency Reader Offers Ltd is adopted a new identity as ROL Cruise.

A new website – – has been developed following extensive consultation with customers, members of staff and digital experts.

The revamped site offers a personalised ‘Your ROL’ customer area, more cruises to research and view, enhanced search functions and a dedicated blog.

The website also offers a richer experience for those browsing on mobile tablets and smartphones.

The brand overhaul coincides with the company’s 21st year in business, which has seen booking volumes increase almost 10% over the previous year and a 25% increase in staff numbers at its headquarters in Colchester.

Three new partnerships with river cruise lines have also been introduced.

Sales figures for this year are set to surpass a record set in 2015, according to the company.

Chief executive Jeremy Dickinson said: “This is a very exciting time for us as we unveil our new logo, strapline and website, whilst retaining the company ethos and standards which were born with the company 21 years ago.

“Our business values remain unchanged – we strive to deliver excellence in everything we do, and to look after our customers’ cruise holidays as if they were our own.

“We feel that our new logo and website further embellish all the brand qualities that we have demonstrated over the last 21 years.

“We are extremely grateful for the loyalty our customers show us year on year, and believe that our new website will support more customers in researching their perfect cruise, backed-up by the personal customer service from our dedicated and growing team, for many years to come.”
