Qatar Airways has topped a list designed to showcase airlines’ punctuality and customer service.
The Doha-based carrier came number one in a list published by rankings website AirHelp Score, according to Business Insider UK.
The list is based on criteria including quality and service, on-time performance and claims processing.
Two British airlines made the top 15, with British Airways and Virgin Atlantic listed at number 14 and number 6 respectively.
The top five was completed by Italian regional carrier Air Dolomiti at number two, followed by Austrian Airlines, Singapore Airlines and KLM.
