Fare cuts of up to 49% are being made by British Airways in a Black Friday sale.
The carrier is offering discounts from today (Thursday) until midnight on ‘Cyber Monday’, November 28.
Price reductions of up to 49% cover transatlantic flights to destinations such as New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Baltimore and Toronto as well as Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Muscat, as the airline offers two return Club World tickets for £2,016.
European city breaks to Barcelona, Venice, Malaga, Alicante, Naples and Turin are on sale at £99 for flights and two nights’ accommodation.
BA chief commercial director Adam Daniels said: “An estimated £1.1 billion was splashed out on Black Friday in the UK in 2015 so this year we are expecting a huge surge in traffic to ba.com with savvy shoppers logging on to grab a bargain.
“This weekend is a fantastic time for holidaymakers to book a trip as the savings they can make could cover their spending money.”
