The number of low-cost flights run by Wow Air from London to Toronto and Montreal are to be increased to a daily service next spring.
The airline will fly daily from Gatwick to Toronto from May 1 and to Montreal from June 13 via Reykjavik with fares starting at £139.99 one-way.
The year-round services currently operate five times a week to both Canadian cities.
The budget airline also flies daily to various US destinations including New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, with new flights to Miami from April and Pittsburgh from June.
Founder and chief executive Skúli Mogensen said: “Just a year after launching our services to Canada and within a few months of increasing the frequency of our flights to the US, we’re thrilled to be in a position to continue our rapid expansion by making our Canadian routes daily.
“Canada is a diverse destination, which has been continually rising in popularity for UK travellers and the fantastic response to our routes has reflected this.”
