Off-piste ski specialist Mountain Tracks has been acquired by the Ski Club of Great Britain for an undisclosed sum.
The business will be run alongside the club’s Freshtracks operation.
The Ski Club has run its own holiday programme featuring ski weeks and weekends for groups that match skiers of a similar abilities.
Chief executive Frank McCusker said: “The two companies will continue to operate under their respective brand names as continuity is important to all of our customers.
“Our members now have even more opportunity to experience truly unique adventures on snow.
“Members on a Mountain Tracks or Ski Club Freshtracks holiday have access to the most highly respected and qualified mountain guides and instructors.
“As we continue to grow our philosophy remains: great experiences for our members with small group sizes and low member to guide ratios. Whether you ski with our guides or instructors a Ski Club holiday will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to take on the mountain.
Mountain Tracks founder Nick Parks added: “I believe our winter programme ideally complements Ski Club Freshtracks’s and gives us the opportunity to offer our customers new adventures both in summer and winter.”
