An air link between Newquay and Stansted has been added as part of an expanded summer schedule by Flybe from the airport in Cornwall.
A daily service from Cornwall airport Newquay will start on March 26 with single fares leading in at £29.99.
The flight time of approximately 70 minutes compares to a travel by road that would take over five hours, according to the airline.
More flights from Newquay have been introduced for the summer including two flights a day to both Manchester and Glasgow, a twice-weekly service to Belfast and additional weekend connections to Birmingham.
A new winter service to Leeds Bradford will be extended into the summer with an increased frequency of five flights a week.
The changes mean that the regional carrier will be running a network of 12 routes from Newquay this summer with up to 64 flights a week.
