Time to change the definition of lates

AFTER reading variousarticles and letters fromreaders I would like someone to explain to me the world of late deals.

What I do not understand is that on utilising our main tool, viewdata, Inote that alate-search section for most operators is about an average of two months ahead ofdeparture date. To me that’s not late – a lot of people do not think about their holiday until two or three months before they go. Change the way a client thinks and make more profit all round. How? Make late search just what it is meant to be, two weeks before, otherwise charge the brochure price.
