TOUR operators trying to decide which reservation system to buy can now read a report covering the pros and cons of many on the market.
Travel technology consultancy Genesys has published the analysis reviewing 28 suppliers, including three newcomers to the market. These are CT Systems, which specialises in group travel; the Israeli travel systems developer Gal-Or; and Nanosoft, which designed a system specifically for tour operators to sell on-line.
