THE female contingent of Avis’ travel sales team have gone on strike.
No longer will they be decked out in the traditional red dresses at every travel industry event.
Their boss Tom Knopek was told that they considered the idea a touch outdated.
Tom admitted to being rather disappointed during last week’s Agent Achievement Awards at the Royal Lancaster Hotel.
The idea of getting the women to wear yellow dresses for The Alternative Awards was not particularly welcomed by his bosses.
