n Canadian and ba in moscow coseshare



Canadian Airlines has teamed up with Oneworld partner British Airways in order to offer daily Heathrow-Moscow flights. The services, which offer connections from Toronto, will be on BA Boeing 767s. Canadian Airlines already codeshares with BA to Amsterdam and Prague from Heathrow.



n norwich airport passengers up by 18%



Norwich Airport achieved record passenger growth of 18% in the 12 months to March 31. Passengernumbers increased to 323,616 customers on the back of a 29% rise incharter traffic and 10% leap in scheduled traffic. Further increases are expected this summer due to the extra capacity on flights to Cyprus, Majorca and Gerona.



n three types of g’day airpass now available



Ansett Australia has restructured its G’Day Airpass scheme which offers travellers cheaper domestic tickets. Three types of pass are nowavailable, leading in at ú95, instead of ú110. Nine extra Australian leisure destinations have also been added to the new product.



n Birmingham marks 6oth anniversary



Birmingham International Airport is holding a public Open Day on July 4 in order to celebrate its 60th anniversary. The event will be organised around the original terminal building and will feature old and new aircraft. Agents are being invited to send memorabilia to the airport.
