FRED Olsen Cruise Lines has launched its cruise programme for the millennium.
The programme features a selection of 30 holidays for the first five months of next year along with a preview of itineraries from June to December 2000.
The 798-passenger Black Watch starts the year with a 54-night cruise entitled Amazon and Antilles which includes stops in Lisbon, the Canaries and Cape Verde before crossing the Atlantic to Brazil’s historic port of Fortaleza and later the Caribbean. Prices start from ú5,790.
Sister ship Black Prince begins the millennium with a 69-day Around Africa cruise departing from Dover on January 6. Stops en route include the Canaries, west coast of Africa, Cape Town, Madagascar, Kenya, the Seychelles and the Suez Canal. Prices start from ú6,830.
