I was delighted to see you publishing a picture of the Star Flyer in the Greece feature (Travel Weekly March 29) but I felt Ishould let you know that the caption that appeared under the photograph could be a little misleading.
The Star Flyer startedsailing around the Greek islands in the summer of 1995 but using Kusadasi in Turkey as it’s home port.
This year for the first time all of its weekly voyages will commence on Saturdays from Piraeus, Athens and there will be an additional embarkation point at Bodrum, Turkey, every Monday.
That season runs from May 8 to October 2.
