11am 2000 – A Group Odyssey. ETB and BTA- organised seminar which looks at ways to capitalise on tourism opportunities for the millennium. Conducted by ETB millennium project manager Victoria Butterworth.
2pm England for Excellence in Business. ETB director of communications Robyn Griffith Jones speaks on best practice, including ETB’s England for Excellence Awards, Welcome Programmes and Transport. Representatives from the AA and RAC will speak on the new harmonised accommodation scheme and there will also be a short presentation on Information Technology issues from ETB head of information management Howard Needham.
3.15pm Winning Ways on the Web – presented by travel technology consultancy Genesys.

11am The euro – What You Have To Do For Your Business. Interactive session which will be useful for anyone doing business in Europe.
1.30pm Profitability Through Going Green. Seminar presented by the Confederation of Passenger Transport which looks at how green practices can be used to advantage.
