VILLA and apartment operator Florida Vacations has added the Lely Resort in Naples and extra properties on Sanibel Island, on the Sunshine State’s Gulf Coast, to its 1999/2000 programme.
The Naples villas are all detached with their own pools in a resort setting featuring three golf courses. Two or three-bedroom units cost from ú595 for a week’s rental. Three more villas have also been added in the exclusive district of Old Naples.
Sanibel Island properties cost from ú1,135 for a two-bedroom apartment.
Florida Vacations has also introduced an Executive Selection of luxury homes in the Orlando area.
Managing director Richard Wimms said: “Houses in the area are fairly generic. Rather than featuring thousands of similar properties, our Executive Selection allows holidaymakers to identify their specific needs and we will then find a property to match.”
Additional features in this range include two-storey homes, upgraded furnishings, Jacuzzi bath, outdoor spa, larger pool, barbecue, large-screen TV, video and stereosystems.
Seven-bedroom Executive homes range from ú1,095-ú3,245 per property per week.
