BASS Hotels and Resorts has entered into an agreement with Hoteles Presidente to expand its Crowne Plaza brand into Mexico.
Hoteles Presidente will be responsible for developing the upmarket hotel brand in key urban and resort destinations through the addition of an estimated 10 owned, managed and franchised hotels.
There are currently five Crowne Plaza properties in thecountry.
The agreement is an extension of the existing partnership between the two companies originally signed in 1994 for the Inter-Continental brand.
It has resulted in seven luxury Presidente Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts in Mexico.
