n USairways to boost transatlantic services
USAirways is introducing a first-class cabin ontransatlantic services by replacing Boeing 767s with Airbus A330s. The new larger aircraft will bedelivered from November to give extra capacity on the carrier’s double-daily Gatwick-Philadelphia flight.
n Airtours doubles capacity to malaga
Airtours has doubled capacity from Leeds/Bradford International Airport to Malaga for the summer. A second Sunday service to the Costa del Sol will run between June 27 to October 31 using a leased British Midland Airbus A321.
n Norwich airport to start shuttle coaches
Norwich Airport is starting a shuttle coach service on May 1 from surrounding areas to meet holiday flights. The transportinitiative serves KingsLynn, Dereham and Swaffham and runs toOctober 26. If successful,the service will operate next winter.
