RAFFLESInternational has won the management contract for a five-star resort in Majorca due to open in 2002.
The Raffles Resort Mallorca at Colinas d’Es Trenc will form part of a complex on the southeast coast of the island.
It will have 160 guest rooms and suites, a signature restaurant, spa and fitness centre.
The resort will include a deluxe Polo Club and a traditional village with residential apartments and villas, tennis courts and swimming pools.
The Raffles group, which owns Brown’s Hotel in London, has added eight properties in Europe and Asia-Pacific within the past 18 months and future acquisitions include Merchant Court Hotels in Shanghai and a property in Westminster in London.
