I FEEL that I must respond to the letter from Antony Crossthwaite, director Aston Travel World (Travel Weekly January 13).
Where is his evidence that “The multiples are failing to convert enquiries?”
I would refer him to page three of the same issue where it shows that my company, Thomas Cook, is outperforming most of its rivals, and is indeed converting a high percentage of enquiries to firm bookings.
