THOMSON, Airtours, First Choice and Thomas Cook are all interested in 20-strong south Wales miniple Travel House.
Managing director and owner Martin Morgan confirmed he had been approached but declined to give details.
“We have been contacted by several major companies and we are not for sale,” he said. “We are an ambitious company and have expansion plans which are already under way.” But it is thought Travel House would be available at the right price.
Morgan said four new shops will open in the next month.
Travel House, which is 93% owned by Morgan, is set to turn over ú60m next year.
