An e-ticket reclaim system, launched by BTI UKHogg Robinson last March, has retrieved more than ú300,000 in unclaimed ticket refunds for the agency’s clients. Thesystem traces invoice
numbers, dates and amounts on a monthly basis for unmade journeys using e-ticket, and then credits clients accounts.
