DISNEYLAND Paris claims it sold out of direct-sell millennium packages to the theme park 4hrs after they went on sale on February 1.
The company put its direct-sell packages and those it offers through the travel trade on sale simultaneously.
A company spokeswoman said feedback from tour operators suggested Disneyland Paris had almost sold all its capacity through the trade by the end of February 1.
She refused to say how much on-site capacity had been reserved for direct customers and how much had been allocated to operators over the millennium period.
Disneyland Paris is offering a three-night millennium package costing ú186 for a family of four. This includes travel on Eurostar, entry to the park and family accommodation at the Newport Bay Club.
