Holiday Autos would like to apologise to all travel agents for difficulties they may be experiencing in getting through to speak to our reservations department.
We are currently receiving a much greater volume of calls than we had anticipated, and delays have been accentuated by the installation of our new reservations system this week.
Our 120 reservations agents are doing their utmost to handle enquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible. We understand the frustration this causes and are taking necessary steps to alleviate this situation.
Additional telephone lines are being installed and our improved viewdata system will be available shortly. In the meantime, I would like to thank everyone for their patience.
