SWISSAIR’s parent SAirGroup has acquired 49% of France’s second-largest airline, AOM.
The stake will strengthen the 10-airline strong Qualiflyer alliance network which Swissair and AOM founded last year. The rest of AOM’s stake has been bought by a French financial investment group.
