Alan Deller, founder and managing director of Air Miles, is set to leave the company at the end of March.
“It is a natural time for me to leave. The company is very successful now and I need a new challenge,” said Deller.
Deller, who has no job to go to at present, has appointed a headhunter to find a successor. If one is not recruited by the time he leaves in March, corporate marketing director Judith Thorne and client sales and relationship director Wanda Goldwag will run the company in the interim.
