We Haven got our client fee
The first financial tip of the new tax year – when a client pops into your shop and informs you that they have made a booking direct with Haven and they would like you to take it over, either:a) refuse.
b) switch-sell them to another company.
I mention all this because the above incident occurred in our agency in mid-December. To date, despite countless calls and faxes to Haven, we have yet to take the booking over, despite constant reassurances that it has been done.
