Charter flight changes are just too much
I know flights are subject to change but why is this now becoming the norm in our industry? When clients come in to book holidays, especially those with small children, they book well in advance to ensure they have good daytime flight times and are usually asked to pay a higher price for having this privilege.
We have one client with two small children who booked for a late morning flight, only to find three flight changes later, that they are now travelling at 8pm.
Of course, according to the terms and conditions, they are not offered any compensation – not even a refund of the higher price paid for day flights.
Is there any point in trying to ensure that clients have the flight times they want on a charter or are we wasting time and effort?
