Win a variety of vouchers with STUBA

StubaOct21-one

Over the next few weeks, we are giving away various vouchers including Costa Coffee, Love2Shop, Primark, Amazon, restaurant vouchers and much more.

All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning, is head to our Facebook page (UK page ) and answer some simple questions about HCN’s and you will be entered into a prize draw to win.

We’ll give you some clues each week on our Facebook page and via email, but you can also find most of the answers below in our simple HCN FAQ’s.

What is an HCN?

It’s a hotel confirmation number. It comes from the hotel directly so there can be no doubt that your booking exists. With Stuba, we guarantee an HCN with every booking.

Where can I find them?

You have 3 opportunities to find them easily on our system – either on the dashboard, within ‘My Bookings’, and on the voucher’. We will issue them 7 days prior to check-in.

Why do Stuba offer an HCN?

Everyone has been in the situation when the client gets to their hotel, but the hotel has no sign of the booking. It leaves you with a frustrated client, but it can also damage your reputation. It happens on 1% of bookings as an industry standard, but for us that’s 1% too much! An HCN will eliminate the chances of this happening by 88%!

Stuba guarantee an HCN with every booking because we want to ensure that you protect your own brand integrity and your sanity! But do your other suppliers love you enough to give you an HCN?
