Landal GreenParks UK adds two new resorts to portfolio

Self-catering specialist Landal GreenParks UK has added two new resorts – one in Cornwall and one in Lancashire – bringing its portfolio to 15 destinations.

The new sites, which will both see multimillion-pound investments, are Landal Whalesborough Resort & Spa in Bude, and Landal Twin Lakes, “at the gateway to the Lake District”.

UK travel agents are able to sell breaks at the resorts because they are featured by Hoseasons.

Robbie Davies, development director at Landal GreenParks UK, said: “The UK continues to be an important region for growth in the Landal GreenParks European portfolio and we’re excited about the impact of these geographically strategic additions to our offering, capitalising on the demand in these areas.”

Landal Whalesborough Resort & Spa offers a range of 24 cottages, barn conversions and a refurbished farmhouse dating back to the 14th century.

The investment will add 50 to 60 luxury self-catering units over the next two years.

Landal Twin Lakes has 60 lodges and will also expand following investment.

The site is between the Arnside and Silverdale Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Kirkby Lonsdale, giving access to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks.
