Canadian airline Air Transat has relaunched its free agent training course with a “raft of improvements”.
The course, which is offered in association with Online Travel Training, features modules on the airline’s on board experience, aircraft and routes.
It also covers information about the airline’s fare types and pricing structure, which it said will make it easier for agents to understand and sell the product.
Agents who complete the course and receive a digital certificate by February 28, 2023 will have the chance to win a £100 Love2shop voucher.
Three winners will be selected at random, one in each of December, January and February.
