BA launches month-long sale

British Airways has launched a sale, with reductions on flights to Europe, the US and the Caribbean for travel into summer 2022.

The sale runs until September 21 and includes return British Airways flights to Dubai from £299, New York from £329, San Francisco from £348 and Miami from £339.

All bookings fall under British Airways’ ongoing flexible booking policies, allowing customers to rearrange trips without charge before August 31, 2022.

The sale also applies to bookings with direct-sell tour operator British Airways Holidays.

Claire Bentley, managing director of British Airways Holidays, said: “With optimism about future holidays continuing to grow, we know that many of our customers are keen to get back to travelling.

“This sale is about giving as much choice as possible to those who are preparing to get away, whether in the near future or next year.

“We recognise that there’s still an element of uncertainty, which is why we recently extended our flexible booking policy.”

British Airways has introduced a range of safety measures in a bid to make the travel experience “simple and enjoyable” during and after the pandemic.

The national flag carrier has partnered with testing providers, mobile travel health app VeriFly and cleaning brand Dettol.

On flights to select destinations, BA allows customers to upload their negative Covid-19 test results and other travel declaration forms directly into their booking on the airline’s website in advance of travel.
