The government of Barbados has eased curfew restrictions on the island.
The new rules will impose the curfew from midnight until 5am and will be in place from Monday until December 13. Previously, the curfew began each evening at 9pm.
Prime minister Mia Mottley said the changes had been made after extensive consultations with a range of stakeholders and confirmed the curfew would be reviewed every four weeks.
She also warned that the easing should not encourage people to relax adherence to other Covid prevention measures and warned rules could be re-implemented if needed.
