Corendon Airlines unveils UK summer 2024 schedule

Turkish carrier Corendon Airlines has released its UK summer 2024 programme early in the back of a sales spike for this year.

The airline is to fly from six airports to Antalya and Dalaman from four and revealed plans for further expansion.

The summer 2024 programme includes 19 flights a week to Antalya alone from Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Bristol and Glasgow.

A daily service will run from Gatwick with four a week from Manchester, three from Birmingham and two a week from Bristol, Glasgow and Newcastle.

Dalaman will be served with four flights a week from Gatwick, three from Manchester and two from both Birmingham and Newcastle.

The carrier is offering 32 weekly flights from the UK to both destinations for this summer.

Commercial director Mine Aslan said: “We are launching our UK flights for summer 2024 much earlier than last year as we are already seeing advanced demand, especially from golfers and other specialist group bookings to Antalya.

“We have seen recent summer 2023 demand to Turkey increase substantially and expect to see this increase for the main summer 2023 season.

“There is a trend for customers to switch from some of the more traditional summer destinations to Antalya and Dalaman as they continue to offer such fantastic value.

“We have a sustainable business model throughout Europe and whilst relatively new in the UK, we are looking to increase not only the number of destinations but also to offer more departure points in future.

“We are planning to expand our summer 2024 programme in the next few weeks.”
