Best Worlplaces in Travel, the staff engagement survey dedicated to the travel industry, has opened for entries for 2025.
The scheme, which has been running for three years, invites travel companies to participate
It asks employees what matters most to them, and what drives their sense of purpose and fulfilment.
This helps travel businesses understand what their employees value most, and what makes them feel engaged and motivated at work.
Employees then rate their employer on how well they perform in these areas, and answer several key questions, including an employee net promoter score.
Travel firms are being encouraged to apply to participate as early as possible before the key peaks selling period kicks in.
The survey completion deadline is May 30, with the results revealed at an awards reception in London on July 7.
Last year’s winners included Luxury Coastal, Global Travel Management, Ice Travel Group, Holiday Extras, Holiday Architects, SwimTrek and Saga.
Co-founder Gail Kenny said: “We’re thrilled to be launching Best Workplaces in Travel for 2025. Our goal is to continue to improve and evolve to meet the needs of the travel industry, and we’re excited to announce some changes to the entry process and dates based on valuable feedback from our 2024 participants.”
