Limitless Travel reports 55% hike in booking values

Disabled-friendly travel specialist Limitless Travel has seen the average booking value of holidays rise by 55% last year over 2021.

Customers are opting to spend more on one premium long-haul trip rather than multiple cheaper breaks across the year.

Founder and chief executive Angus Drummond said: “Despite the economic downturn and gloomy predictions, we’ve seen a rise in booking value of 55% at year-end 2022 versus year end 2021.

“Not only due to the fact that we’re now offering a wider range of trips including cruises and long-haul compared to the UK coach tours that we originally started with when we launched back in 2017. But also, the two years we all spent cooped up at home has ignited a real wanderlust in all of us including the disabled community.”

He added that 40% of all bookings are from repeat customers.

“For the disabled community, the prospect of booking an overseas trip can seem overwhelming and sometimes impossible,” Drummond said. “We’ve been able to prove time and again that by providing a higher level of service with appropriate equipment and care, the world of travel, and even solo travel, is accessible to everyone.

“And when our guests understand that they are being well cared for, they can focus on the important business of enjoying their holidays.”
