SunExpress expands summer 2024 Manchester flights

SunExpress is to raise capacity fro Manchester airport to destination is Turkey next summer.

The joint venture carrier between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines has scheduled up to 41 flights a week.

Up to three daily flights will run to Antalya and Dalaman while Izmir will be served with up to three weekly connections each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

SunExpress will also offer 15 connecting routes covering 10 domestic and five international destinations including Adana, Diyarbakir, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Malatya, Mardin, Samsun, Trabzon, Van, Bahrain, Beirut, Dubai, Tel Aviv and Tbilisi.

Manchester airport commercial director Stephen Turner said: “We’re seeing increased demand for Turkish destinations like Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir as our customers look for the best value for money when planning their holidays.

“That’s why we’re really pleased to see SunExpress expanding its services from Manchester next summer.”
