Barbara Biffi has been elevated by Silversea to become senior vice president of global sales.
She takes over from Massimo Brancaleoni, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities, according to the luxury line.
Miami-based Biffi will take responsibility for Silversea’s global sales strategy across all channels.

She first joined the company in 2007 as vice president, strategic marketing, spearheading the brand’s marketing strategy for the launch of its expedition offering in 2008.
Following spells at various luxury travel companies from 2009, Biffi subsequently returned in 2017 as vice president, brand.
Her expertise spans brand strategy, marketing, sales, technology, data analytics, and financial management.
