Swan Hellenic introduces new Antarctica and America sailings

Cultural expedition cruise specialist Swan Hellenic has unveiled new Antarctica and America cruises due to ongoing restrictions in place in Australia and New Zealand.

The line released ten new itineraries for its 2022 inaugural season with destinations including Patagonia and the Antarctic, Mexico, Alaska and the Russian Far East.

The sailings will be offered by Swan Hellenic’s expedition ship Minerva, which was recently floated out of dry dock in Helsinki.

Andrea Zito, the line’s chief executive, said: “Our team have worked hard to create truly exceptional new itineraries with many varied discovery opportunities.

“So, although disappointed we can’t explore Oceania in the first half of 2022 – and of course planning to be there in late 2022 and again in 2023 – we’re very excited to offer these wonderful new cruises to the curious-minded and adventurous voyagers for whom a Swan Hellenic cultural expedition cruise is the natural choice.”

The cultural expedition cruises will depart from Ushuaia, Valparaiso, Lima, Panama, Puerto Quetzal, Mazatlán, San Diego, Vancouver and Seward on 10-14-day itineraries between February and May next 2022.
