A supper club offering an eight-course menu is one of more than 20 dining options on new Royal Caribbean International ship Icon off the Seas.
The company described the Empire Supper Club as offering an “extravagant night out with a taste of old New York”.
A drink will be paired with every dish on the menu against the backdrop of a three-piece band.
The line is also introducing its first food hall, AquaDome Market, on board the giant new ship.
This will be in addition to the line’s traditional Windjammer buffet and a range of eateries featured on other vessels in the fleet.
Food and beverage vice president Linken D’Souza said: “The experiences had over great food are at the heart of so many shared memories that we could all use more of in our day-to-day.
“We’ve designed Icon of the Seasto offer every guest, no matter their tastes, age and mood or the occasion, a variety of ways they can easily make those moments their way every day while on vacation.
“If vacationers want to stick to their favourites, like kids and their chicken tenders, or mix it up every night and try new flavours, more than 20 experiences across Icon’s eight neighbourhoods make that possible – without compromise – more than ever.”
The 5,610-passenger Icon of the Seas will run seven-night eastern and western Caribbean itineraries year-round from Miami from January.
